[Responsibilities]
1. System input Relations
o Expense, Invoice Processing/ Checking Documents.
o Invoicing, Proof Creation, Others.
2.Fixtures ‘Consumables’ Business Card Management/ Order
3. Update website & Sales Tool.
4. Miscellaneous General Affairs including
o Security Card, Post key etc processing arrangement,
o Postal matter arrangement.
o Sending event information and attendance.
5. Easy English Translation (preparation of English E-mail, adjustment        of meeting. schedule, sending confirmation of receipt)
6. Various management documents and manual preparation/ update etc.

[Language proficiency]
• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

[Salary]
• Hourly 1800+ JPY
• Monthly 450,000 JPY

[Welfare & Benefits] As per company policy.

[Working hours] 09:00-18:00

[Holidays] Annual holiday days, Holidays in the year: 120 days
